try using tracking link enchancers to give those sentries some better tracking n optimal fit. Get the ewar drone skill up to give yourself some more control range and throw a mwd on it, intys come just mwd away n ur drones should work...

in terms of t1 frigates I'd say the Tristan is probbally in the hands of an expierenced pilot (pvp/ships not sp) the Tristan can deal out some nice dps while maintaining decent tank... Put 3 blasters n 2 launchers (rockets) gives it the power to 1...

you can repair without worry of concord, but if they have agressed someone you will gain agro to by repping them, or if they are at war you will get agro there too.
